I think its important to consider intent. ILH-2 is a resource for playing HeroQuest, which is a role-playing game and not a wargame. I understand that wargaming forms an important part of Glroantha for many on this list, but I'm not sure its reasonable to pre-suppose that HeroQuest supplements should support that goal.

While its great to fill in those blanks on this list, I'm not sure its valid to criticize ILH-2 for being a role-playing supplement focused on 'typical' HeroQuest play.
