Yes, but that source is only Orlanth and Yelmalio mythology.
It says nothing about what the Dara Happens and other Yelmites
believe.
I'd go for full brother rather than half brother because Yelm
and Dendara are supposed to have the perfect faithful marriage.
Of course if Umath is Yelm's illegitimate son by some other
goddess that explains a lot. Including the fact that DH sources
try to pretend Umath and his descendants don't exist.
