WAY less.
I think that the largest of the Heortlign tribes had 1000 people, most had far
fewer.

I do have number somewhere, but to my dismay I just spent 20 minutes going
through my map collection and couldn?t find the one with the figures. I have
to do some moe searching to try to find it.
