[Glorantha] Progress

Ok, but 'broadly speaking' I think it does more so than Glorantha.

Thinking about it though, if you ignore the last 1000 years of our
history reversals of civilization were more common relative to
advances. Still, Glorantha is littered with the shattered remains of
many very advanced civilizations, some of them far in advance of
anything we had up untill a few hundred years ago.
