Isn't the point supposed to be that Theyalan culture was special, at least
in Genertela.

The focal point of IFFW was in Kerofinela, and the the people there were
the ones to see the dawn (or is it the gradual brightening of the silver
age?) first, and to spread the news to other peoples and tribes.

Kerofinela was special and important in that, and this is what led to the
things like the World Council of Friends and all that followed...

No doubt there have been something remeniscient of the IFWW in far corners
of the world (like the West, Pamaltela and Kralorela) but I thinik the
central and most important event happened in Kerofinela. Even so many
powerful creatures and people (the Emperor of Kralorela, Malkion,
Zzabur...) propably participated, even if only by keeping their own
centers of population alive.
