[Glorantha] Initiation for heortling women

That is obvious, but it just doesn't cut it for me. If the women don't
(usually) partake of Heort's and Hengal's secrets, and don't participate
in the IFWW, then they aren't really even heortlings. The courage to face
chaos (and understanding of the importance of chaos) seems central to the
Heortling worldview, and it's very unsatistying that this would would be a
gendered thing.

I guess this must be my MGF moment. I don't see what is gained by women
not participating directly in the saving of the universe, and I see a lot
to gain if they do.
