Vingans first initiate to Ernalda. However their Dedication (ST 173)is similar to the Orlanth initiation, and could certainly include aspects of IFWW.

Yes! I don't think an Ernaldan is in any way closed to IFWW, indeed I
don't think its closed to any intelligent adult species in Glorantha. I
conceive of IFWW is part of the Gloranthan ground of being, at least in
the form told and experienced by theists. For other worshippers it might
be conceived and experienced in different ways, and the same primal fact
will take on other shades and overt meanings.
For Ernaldans, it becomes a question of whether the right ritual tools
are available, whether the paths are well known, whether they're
travelled enough to include in initiands' preparation. Also its a
question of whether access to the event is safe for inexperienced
worshippers, and whether its lessons and gifts are central to the act of
becoming an adult woman in that society. Remember that an Ernaldan
initiation is pretty jam-packed already.
But initiation is dangerous, and the paths of the Great Before can lead
to many places. Ernalda endured IFWW, and contributed to it, though not
necessarily in ways that Orlanthi men understand. So an individual
female initiation might lead there. it might even be survived. Such a
woman would gain powers and perspectives different from the norm, and
perhaps become open to the ways of Vinga or the Gori.
So as always, its about trusting and building the myth of your own game
rather than relying too heavily on the rules and background guidelines.
YGMV.
Cheers
John
