Well the first question is would they distinguish? and the second
is why they distinguish? If they only encounter trolls at the far
end of a spear the maximum I would expect is "Big Dark Folk" and
"Little Dark Folk". On the other hand if they have more 
sophisticated dealings it'll probably be in tradetalk so they'd
use "trollkin". I don't think tradetalk will have words for
individual gods, even Issaries will be the same as merchant which
would make Etyries "red merchant" and Argan Argar "dark merchant".
As for Kyger Litor, if a troll should happen to mention her for
some strange reason, a Praxian would just hear some incomprehsible
noises.
