There's no reason why a giant baby has to be proportionally bigger
than a normal baby. Indeed if you take similar RW animals which have 
large size differences, say breeds of dogs, you find newborn puppies
are much closer in size. Bigger dogs just grow faster.

Which could also explain why Gonn Orta is relatively small, he's
still a youngster in giant terms.
