[Glorantha] Windstop/Ernalda, the Doburdun Factor

I don't want to kick the hornet's nest and start the whole
Orlanth/Ernalda/Windstop debate again, but I was wondering how the
existence of Doburdun worshippers in the region affected by the Windstop
(Barbarian Adventures seems to indicate that some clans, have converted
to the worship of the Pelandan storm god) would affect Ernalda?

http://www.glorantha.com/support/doburdun.html tells us that Doburdun is
her "Thunder Husband."

So is Ernalda 'asleep' only for followers of Orlanth and 'awake' for
followers of Doburdun? Or does the Windstop affect Doburdun as well, and
if so wouldn't that kind of suggest that they're somehow the same entity
(or at least that Doburdun is somehow subservient to Orlanth)?
