As difficult as other examples of sex change.  There
was the divine intervention from Fishala which had the
result of changing any male's sex to female and the
Shamanic Visionquests of the Racoon People.

I'm uncertain what exactly you mean.  If they've changed
sex magically, then they are for all intents and purposes
the other sex.

That said, most Yelmalions would be convinced if
he simply wore a dress.
