The Red Emperor had a factor-10 spirit which Argrath doesn't have.
Secondly Kallyr is increasing in power between her stats in Orlanth
is Dead (1621 ST) and the Sky Ship Scenario (1624).  She will be
even stronger in 1630 when she kills Gunda the Guilty.  Given during
that time, she engages in further heroquests (the Dragonrise, the
Short Lightbringer's Quest, the lighting of the Flame), I doubt that
her stats in GT represents her final ability.
