Not a keet (which are waterbirds) but one of the fabled parrot
people of Forng! Forng is a remote islands in the far south
of the East Isles. Its inhabitants are entient parrots who
worship Karkal, the Vithelan god of fire and strength and
his divine spouse as a pair of fiery parrots.
