[Glorantha] Do we have numbers for Jar-Eel, Harrek, Red Emperor...?

I'm wondering if there is an offiscial (or close) version of central
heroic and superheroic level character in existance?

I'd love to see the stats on Moonson, and especially Jar-Eel.

I've been trying to work out the Razoress myself, but I just can't find
enough information to go on. The Superheroes from Dragonpass (boargame)
seem to be pretty much immune to magic, but don't seem to use any magic
themselves.

Is Jar-Eel a demonically strong and powerful swordswoman with a lot of
magical equipment and followers, or is she also a 10w3+ range magicuser?
So does the razoress cut things down with ungodly skill, or does she also
draw down crimson fire from her mother, or something like that?

My theory is more in the lines that Jar-Eel has a huge amount of Lunar
Power invested in her, but mostly it just makes her almost impossible to
effect with magic. Harrek also has the White Bear God to keep magic off
him.

I'm also wondering how cinematic a magician the Red Emperor is supposed to
be. For some reason I don't think he's personally as powerful as, say
Zzabur or Sheng Seleris, but rather a very competent magician,
administrator and general with a huge amount of resources behind him. Say
10w3 in magic and 10w2-10w3 in most things needed in running an empire.
