[Glorantha] Daemons, spirits and esseanses on the Mundane plane

Greg seems to be saying that for an entity to function effectively on the
mundane plane of Glorantha (inner world, should I say?) it needs to have a
physical body.

But what about the creatures like Gavreninkin (a powerful daemon cat), a
Certamus (a solar angel) and the various spirit wolves and the like. When
reading Hero Quest I got the picture that these creatures are able to
manifest in the mundane world and act therein. Isn't it possible to be
bitten to death by a spirit wolf of hacked to death with the flaming sword
of a certamus?

Also if these creatures can be summoned "physically" to the mundane world,
how long can they stay? These powerful beings propably can't stay ín
the mundane world for all that long, but I can't remember any quidelines
for it.
