Actually I would have expected Storm Bull storm (and Gagarth as well) to 
increase in both size and strenght  just after the windstop?
Given Little Brother weakening, because the air around Dragon pass is 
trying to close the wound, they have more space to blow.
Orlanthis would say he is trying to help his kin. Praxian would probably 
think he is preparing for some really nasty Chaos coming this way...
