Fairness is in the eye of the beholder. A merchant can consider himself to
be totally fleecing a buyer, but have a happy buyer who has obtained
something that he desperately wanted for a price he could afford.
Conversely, a merchant may be genuinely "cutting 'is own throat" by selling
at a particular price, but have to do so, because no one is prepared to pay
more.

If there is a genuine dispute about whether an Issaries trader has truly
screwed someone, presumably it would go to the temple hierarchy, and if it
could not be equitably resolved by the priests, divination would be called
for to see what Issaries thinks of it all.

If the trader has knowingly and maliciously cheated someone, then presumably
it would never get to that stage, as Issaries' spirit of retribution would
have already come a-callin'. I find myself wondering how the tale of the
Emperor's New Clothes would have turned out had the clothiers been Issaries
worshippers!

Cheers -

Malk.
