[Glorantha] Humakt =/= Death

This is certainly how I've always run it. Equating gods with runes (or
concepts) seem pretty godlearnerish.
Humakt is a God to the heortlings, while Death is a power. Humakt has tied
himself to Death very throughly, but the heortlings still recognize the
difference between Humakt and Death, or at least that there once was a
difference.
