IIRC, an ancient form of the Humakt cult was introduced to Pelanda by
Syranthir and the Ten Thousand. Where they got it from I don't know. I
am under the impression that storm worship spread west along the
Rockwood Mountains during the Dawn Age. Maybe the Ten Thousand picked
it up from them? Anyway, once in Pelanda the cult merged with native
traditions and the revelations of Carmanos to create the Carmanian
version of the cult.
