I've been getting the same thing. For instance three missing digests out of the twelve since 27th November.
 
It's better than it has been mind - there were a couple of weeks when I didn't get anything from the digest and I was getting perhaps one digest in three for a while. I emailed the list owner about it a few weeks back, but work has been manic since then so I haven't had a chance to follow up.
