Looks like an error in BA. All the other examples of clan 
notables are 10W2 and the tribal war temple has a leader 
at 10W3.

There's also the fact that a Humakti 100 thane might only
be in charge of six others. In practice I would expect a
typical clan warband to be about as strong as a Humakti 
"hundred". According to the figures I've used in the past
that'll be 50-60 men.

Assuming the above error the only discrepancy is BA using
the highest value of the HQ range as typical.
