Death.

>2. When in the course of events did that happen?  Before the last stand

Storm Bull was not present at the Battle of the Field of Plenty where
Genert was killed (Cults Compendium p12).  Why is unknown.

>3. At what point did Tada die, where, and who killed him?  I have read
>that it was Ragnaglar, but I also seem to recall reading that he fought
>and beat Ragnaglar.  Not that the two are mutually exclusive...

According to Uz Lore (p9), Tada fell after Wakboth defeated the
forces of Genert and before he sent an army to besiege the Castle
of Lead.  The leader of the army that besieged the castle is said
to be Krarsht.

>4. Is Vrak Kargl Vozn simply the Praxian term for "the Devil" and
>subject to the same confusion, or is Vrak Kargl Vozn solely the Praxian
>name for Wakboth?

The Devil.  According to the Praxians, there is no confusion as the
Devil lies beneath the block.
