Oh, don't get me wrong, I'm not moaning or anything. I did mine in 
pretty much the same way, and for the same reasons as it sounds like you 
did yours. Certainly, I didn't look at Entekosiad, either - or anything 
else that was likely to give me a headache. It was really only intended 
for my face-to-face group in the first place. Anyway, FWIW, it's now up 
at http://www.ttrotsky.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/karasali.htm if anyone wants 
to look at it.
