I have created my own Homeland keyword, and background information for
these people, who figure prominently in my current Lunar campaign. Some
of this is still nebulous, but I was considering posting some of it to
my website in the near future. It is, of course, not officially
authorised by Issaries, but it does not contradict any published
information that I am aware of. Anyway, this is the cultural keyword:

*Karasali Cultural Keyword*

* *The Karasali are inheritors of the Dawn Age Lenshi
traditions. They are sailors, whalers, and cattle herders, grown wealthy
off the White Sea trade.
            /Occupations Available/: Entertainer[1], Farmer, Foot
Soldier, Healer, Merchant, Petty Noble, Sailor, Scholar, Thief
/Native Abilities/: Drink Beer, Geography of Karasal,
Karasali Customs, Speak Karasali, Urban Survival Skills, Weather Lore
            /Personality/: Boisterous, Hard Working, Self-Reliant
/Relationships/: to [Local Community], to Family, to Temple
/Magic/: Common Magic; Lenshi Religion (theism)

[1] One of the major traditions in Karasali entertainment is 'chant
poetry'; I haven't worked out what the others might be yet.
