[Glorantha] Cult distribution

As I understand it, when HW came out, Babs got a major re-write, and a lot
of us didn't notice (and when we did notice, said "but that wrecks the PCs
we've got! - not in my Glorantha!") The friendly semi-berserk drunk of RQ
days, the one who was about as suitable for PCs as Storm Bull, is no more.
Babs is now SERIOUSLY scarey, and would take a lot of work for use as a PC
in a mixed-cult party. Erantha and some of the Maran sub-cults now take the
social place of Babs from the point of view of picking a cult for your PC.

When it comes to how many initiates in each clan, we may be missing a point.
Yes, a clan may well have a use for X Babs initiates. That doesn't mean it
gets them. You can't just pick three straws and say "you, you and you,
report to the Babs shrine for training." They've got to be suitable
material, and for Babs, that's going to be pretty unusual.
