There was a similar documentary last year, or the year before, about a Steppe
mummy they found in the same area. They did a forensic reconstruction in
Russia and produced a red-haired European woman, even though a lot of
evidence suggested an Asiatic or Eurasian type. It stuck in my mind because
my wife was furious about how the Russians tried to wipe out the Eurasian
history.

By the way, have you ever seen any Sarmatian gold? I saw an exhibition in
Ufa, Russia, and is was truly breathtaking.
