Normal humans in glorantha are right-handed just like on
planet earth.

You are mildly disadvantaged at best.  How bad the
disadvantage is depends on how fearful the culture
is of dragons.  At the same time, if you ever get to
study the draconic mysteries, you will have a sinister
affinity with them.
