I believe this is the case, yes. What I don't know is
whether that's an Orlanthi "all", a Lunar "all", a
Solar "all", or even, as one might hope, a normal
English "all" (English, unlike these other languages,
having the words "some" or "most" available for use
when that's what's meant).
