[Glorantha] The word "pharaoh"

I, too, wish this.

The Necropolis comes to mind, but that is irrelevant.
It's really nothing like Egypt.

I was looking for a title to describe god-king or king-god. Pharaoh was a
place-holder until something better came along for print, but there wasn't
anything when "to print" time came.
Hence, the entry of the worng word.

Heck, maybe I will just greg it and say, from now on, use the title The
Belintar, the Living God.
