[Glorantha] The Pharoh

Hi all

There was a question on the Pharoh on the yahoo list, but my question is more to do with the nature of Glorantha.

Do we know who he was or where he came from?  Has anyone got any theories, and what is the best source for reading more? Lokarnos?
